Feedback from Workshop Participants

The objective of a Partnering workshop is to establish the groundwork of a cohesive Team characterized by trust, cooperation, mutual respect and consideration for others’ opinions, open and honest communications, and mutual commitment to the Team’s goals and objectives. Our workshops are tailored to build toward these objectives, so that at the conclusion, all Team members are energized, enthusiastic, and committed. We sometimes measure the effectiveness of the workshop with participant critiques. Some comments from recent workshop participants are:

When we started these two days I wondered if we needed it. Now I realize we really did. Thanks for gluing us together!

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience - Thanks! You did an excellent job.
The facilitator was quite creative and very knowledgeable. Even after the healthy lunches and snacks, I still wasn’t bored. The exercises will definitely benefit the project in handling problems or help in avoiding problems.
This is my second Partnering meeting, the other one being approximately 16 months ago, and I found your presentation to be more applicable to a construction project and less touchy-feely.
I think it was a great conference. The problem solving, brainstorming, solutions all great ways to handle problems. I learned a lot.
Best one I have been to. I thought Pete handled the workshop with a relaxed atmosphere that fostered the openness that will benefit our Partnering efforts. Thanks!
Overall, very good session. New approaches (variety) very helpful in reducing boredom. My initial thoughts were, "you’ve been to one partnering, you’ve been to them all", but my feelings have changed based on this session and the facilitator.
